Because, aside from the current air of tension and intrigue it adds to this reasonably mundane blog, this means that if I ever do become a legitimately published author, I can rely on Deepanjana to cook up some kind of controversy (Something like "I knew Anon when she was just a shady blogger" or even better, claim that D's really the one who wrote and I'm just here for the fame) and on Mackie to show up at book signings.
